Club History
We simply have very little history, but in nearly three years the club has grown far bigger and quicker than George Nicholson could ever of imagined. George formed Goff's Oak Girls’ football club in June 2019 with just six girls, of which two were his own daughters.
He had a clear vision, to set up a club that was for girls only, sure there are clubs within the local area that have girls sides, but they also have boys and men's teams to focus on.
In a short space of time, and with social media GOG FC started to become more and more popular, at training sessions we started to see more and more new faces each week, and the girls kept coming back, the numbers have grown so so quickly, we now have girls bringing there friends, sisters and cousins!
Forward to 2024, GOGS now have over 200 girls, with our Mini GOGS ranging from age 3 - 6 and league teams starting from u7's through to u18's and a Women's team! The club continues to go from strength to strength.

Our Aim
Our aim is to provide a club in which girls of all abilities can play football, it doesn't matter if you have not kicked a ball before or have been playing for years, we want all types of girls to join us. We promote a club of learning through our coaches but also a place to make new friends, develop and have fun and want to come back for more!
Our Home and Training Facilities
We take advantage of the superb training facilitates at Goffs Academy and Goffs Churchgate schools (3G). We have dedicated training slots for the girls which allow us to ensure the girls have the maximum time to improve there game whilst having fun! All teams play there home games at the same location, which enables the girls to cheer on there sister age groups if they want to!
